Returns can be made within 30 days of the date of purchase and only in original, undamaged packaging.
Refunds will only be issued for products in perfect, unused condition. If the product returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty.
All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization.)
Any damaged, faulty or misshipped goods can be returned to us for a replacement.
Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of the date of delivery.
We are committed to solving these types of problems quickly.
We will pay for return shipping when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted or disliked. We recommend purchasing insurance and using a trackable shipping service when returning products to Simple Inc.
Non-arrival of goods
You must contact us within 14 days exceeding the delivery notice we gave. We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels which are not reported to us within this period.
Although standard delivery times fluctuate, the following is an approximate guide:
Continental USA: 1 to 5 days from dispatch
Hawaii and Alaska: 3-10 days from dispatch
International: 5 to 28 days from dispatch
